How do I place an order?
Message us on WhatsApp with the service you need — RedotPay top-up/withdraw, Binance USDT, Bitcoin or Dollar exchange. We'll confirm the current PKR rate before you send any payment or coins.
Why does my coin sometimes not convert?
Not every coin, token or network is supported. If a coin cannot be converted we will tell you before the order is confirmed — please check with us on WhatsApp first if you're unsure.
What is SafeX1?
SafeX1 is the verification process Paywise uses to confirm RedotPay, Binance and wallet details before completing an exchange, so both sides are protected.
Are the exchange rates fixed?
Rates move with the market. We always confirm the current PKR rate on WhatsApp before finalizing an order.
Is it safe to send payment first?
We confirm your order details before requesting payment, and send confirmation once funds or coins are received. Never send payment for an order that our team hasn't confirmed.
